    • 1. Are you insured?
      Yes, we are covered up to 1 million pounds for Public and Products Liability. We are covered up to 10 million pounds for Employers Liability Insurance.
    • 2. Do you work on bank holidays?
      Yes, we work on bank holidays.
    • 3. Do you guarantee your service?
      Yes, if you are not satisfied with the result from a clean we will arrange a time to come back and re-do the works free of charge. To resolve any issues related to poor quality we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 24 hours after.

      Regarding stain protection, the products and methods we use are the best in the industry with a success rate of over 95%. However, on some very rare occasions, due to the origin of the stain, it is possible that a stain cannot be removed.
    • 4. Will the stain protection work on every type of mark?
      Our stain protection has a success rate of over 95%. It will protect your furnishings against most things, such as – food, drink, make up and cosmetics, inks, mud, bodily fluids, oil and grease.

      Our stain protection will not protect your furnishings against the following – Strong cleaning chemicals, the sun, gradual wear overtime, traffic lanes, draft marks.

      The office will take calls from 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday.
    • 6. What methods of payment do you accept?
      We accept card, bank transfer and cash payments.
